Wir füllen rund 35.000 Flaschen im Jahr in unserem Weingut in Trilofos ab und verkaufen keinen Wein, bevor er mindestens drei Jahre geruht hat.

Malvasia Aromatico und sonst nichts: 1.617 Flaschen vom Jahrgang 2020, von Reben, die wir verwildert zwischen Häusern fanden und wieder in Pflege nahmen.
Wir kennen nur drei weitere griechische Weine, die allein aus Malvasia gekeltert sind.
Terzetto
Assyrtiko und Malagouzia von zwei getrennten Feldern, am selben Tag gelesen und zusammen zu einem Wein gepresst.
