We make about 35,000 bottles a year at our winery at Trilofos, and we sell no wine before it has rested at least three years.

Three wines of our own

Koukounari

Chardonnay fermented with pine resin.
Rondo Blanc

Malvasia Aromatico and nothing else: 1,617 bottles of the 2020, from vines we found neglected between houses and brought back.

We know of only three other Greek wines made from Malvasia alone.
Terzetto

Assyrtiko and Malagouzia from two separate fields, picked on the same day and pressed together into one wine.
