Our rarest white and our longest-aged red. Rondo Blanc 2020 is Malvasia Aromatico and nothing else, from vines we found neglected between houses and brought back; we know of only three other Greek wines of pure Malvasia. Syrah Barrique 2016 comes from a plateau at 650 m on Mount Vermio and spent 24 months in oak barrels, unfiltered. The white first, then the red.
