Three colours
One idea in three colours: in each of these wines the grapes are fermented together, as one wine, not mixed afterwards. Terzetto 2020: Assyrtiko and Malagouzia from two vineyards, picked the same day and pressed together. Symphony Rosé 2020 and Symphony 2021: Syrah, Agiorgitiko and a little Xinomavro, grown mixed in one field and fermented together — the same field as a rosé and as a red. Taste them in this order.
